Returns are free.

In the event of an accepted refund request (product return, warranty claim or commercial gesture), the refund will be made within 4 days. The period begins from the date of receipt of the returned item, or from the date of agreement of the refund when no return is necessary.

Returns are free of charge. If no label is included in the package you received your order, we invite you to go to access your account through Decathlon.ie > customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.ie customer service. You can also upload your return label by your own by using the following return link : https://shopping-factory.com/rma/decathlon-ie Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their label intact and in the condition in which they were received. Any item that has been personalised cannot be returned (e.g. flamed jersey), exchanged or refunded. Any item received after the authorised return period or any item received that does not comply with our general terms and conditions of sale cannot be accepted. Consequently, this item will be returned at the buyer's expense.

The customer benefits from a 12-month legal warranty covering exclusively manufacturing defects or product defects. This warranty does not apply in cases of normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or any non-compliant modification of the product.

Your parcel will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of your order confirmation. Your parcel will be handled by Fedex or An Post
