They need to support you for quick and effective climbs, provide the agility needed for descents, and allow you to find your path on difficult terrain smoothly and with confidence. The Crossmax SL is a lightweight and versatile alloy wheel that meets all these expectations.
Designed around a specific rim profile with an internal width of 25 mm and our patented ISM 4D technology, these wheels will enhance your bike's performance at a lower price than carbon wheels.
The ISM 4D process involves machining the rim in the least stressed areas to reduce its weight without compromising its strength.
The rim also benefits from our Black Shield technology, which protects it from scratches and impacts. Tackle rocky terrain and tricky trails head-on and without hesitation.
The rim is made using our Fore technology, with a completely sealed upper bridge, eliminating the need for a rim strip. Each wheel thus weighs 30 grams less and removes a tedious step before installing a tubeless tyre.
The new, lighter Infinity hub platform allows for a new spoke pattern that increases stiffness, which leads to better power transfer.
The Instant Drive 360 freehub system with dual ratchets enables quick engagement.
The rear hub is compatible with HG9, Micro Spline, and SRAM XD freehub bodies.
The Crossmax SL S is available only in 29'', with either 6-bolt or Center Lock brake discs. It is compatible with Boost axles (front 15x110 and rear 12x148) and comes with valves, spare spokes, and accessories.

The rim, fully sealed without a rim strip thanks to Fore technology, makes fitting and changing tubeless tyres easier. The upper bridge is unperforated, strengthening the rigidity and durability of the rim.
