The new Vittoria Mazza combines years of athletic experience with state-of-the-art tread technology, setting the bar higher in the enduro tyre category for mixed terrain. The stepped leading edge rolls like a ramp, but digs into the uphill, making the Mazza a premium tire for both front and rear use. The Mazza's cornering is managed by Vittoria's trademark progressive sipes width technology, which gives an efficient and rubbery inner edge, but without the instability that competitors experience on the outside of the tread. In other words, large sipes flex more than small ones. This unique sipes pattern creates asymmetrical tread flex and results in a predictable, confident and communicative feel at the edge of corners. The Mazza's generous tread depth adapts to a range of terrains and is stabilised using Vittoria's exclusive 4C lamination process. Four Graphene 2.0 compounds are layered, allowing the tread surface to remain tacky while the base remains planted. This ensures that each effective edge is held in place under heavy cornering and braking loads, reducing rolling resistance and increasing tread life. The bar has been raised.
