Features : - waterproof roll-up bag with wide velcro strap for attachment to frame. - two-part design: the bag can be removed while the velcro strap remains attached to the frame. - resistant, waterproof material with welded seams. - watertight inner pocket with zipper for small items, keys, coins, etc. - the back of the strap is rubberized for a non-slip grip on the frame without scratching paint or varnish. - the extra-long Velcro strap leaves plenty of room for a spare inner tube, so it won't take up space in the pannier. - fits virtually any bike tube, including saddle rails and handlebars - reflective print on velcro tab.
