**Folding tchouk**
The frame of the VirtuFit Rebounder is made of 25 mm powder-coated steel. Unfolding and folding the rebounder takes only a few seconds, after which it is immediately ready for use. Additionally, you can use the ground anchors to firmly fix the tchouk to the ground so that it always stays in place, even with hard kicks.
**Improve your football technique**
The ideal size of 100 x 100 cm not only makes the rebounder easy to move but also improves your football technique. A larger goal allows you to kick hard, while a smaller goal forces you to use the correct technique.
