    This Ritchey Stem Shim adapter allows forks with a 25.4 mm (1") steerer tube to be used with 28.6 mm (1-1/8") diameter stems - also allows forks with a 28.6 mm (1-1/8") steerer tube to be compatible with 31.8 mm (1-1/4") diameter stems.
