Changes and Returns – What happens if my order arrives damaged, defective, or I’m not satisfied with it? Returns due to manufacturing defects The User may return to SIROKO any product that has a manufacturing defect, at no cost whatsoever. To request an exchange or return, please contact us indicating your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the product concerned. The User has a period of one month to notify SIROKO of any lack of conformity with the product, indicating the model or name of the product, a photograph, and a description of the defects found. After this period, SIROKO will not be liable for any claimed damages. Once this notification is received, SIROKO will inform the User within 3 days whether the return is approved. If approved, SIROKO will arrange collection of the product. For collection, the product must include all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories, as well as the order number reference on the wrapping or on a label outside the package. Otherwise, SIROKO reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the product has been received and the defects verified, SIROKO will replace it with another product of identical characteristics at no cost to the Customer.

Return modality

Withdrawal or Size Exchange The Customer has a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Product to notify their total or partial withdrawal from the purchase of the Product in accordance with applicable legislation. Once the thirty (30) calendar-day period has expired, SIROKO will not accept returns based on withdrawal from the purchase. To use this system, the Product must be in the same condition in which it was received, with the original labeling. The Customer must return the Product in the same box or envelope, or in similar packaging. If the Product is not returned in its original packaging, it may suffer depreciation. The product must include all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories, as well as the order number reference on the wrapping or on a label outside the package. Otherwise, SIROKO reserves the right to refuse the return. Refunds of the amounts paid will be made as soon as possible. However, SIROKO may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until proof of return has been provided.

Guarantee modality

All Siroko sunglasses are covered by a three-year warranty (within the European Union and worldwide) against breakage caused by possible manufacturing and material defects that come to light after the date the article is delivered. Scratching of the lenses is considered normal wear and tear, and is not covered by the warranty unless the buyer demonstrates that the article already had the defect at the time of delivery. Alteration of products by the consumer will invalidate any warranty. This warranty, included in the contract, is covered by legislation concerning articles purchased by customers and shall be applied without restrictions."
