Refund: The refund will be made to the card used for payment. The refund will be credited to your card within 2-3 business days. Return Instructions: The item must be in its original condition with all tags and accessories. Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of order cancellation. Reasons for Rejecting Returns: Returns will be rejected if the item is: Damaged, soiled or improperly packaged. Used, shows signs of wear or has an unpleasant odor.

Our company, as a seller, guarantees the quality of the purchased products. The warranty period for shoes, clothing and accessories sold by our company is 12 months from the date of delivery of the product. Originals offers the consumer a commercial guarantee, provided that the recommendations for use and maintenance are followed. In the event of non-conformity of the product, the consumer has the right to request the replacement or, where applicable, the refund of the equivalent value of the product. In the event of a complaint, Originals may replace the product with an identical product or, if out of stock, with another product with the option of paying extra or refunding the difference in price. If the product is not available and the consumer does not intend to exchange the defective product for another, Originals will refund the value of the product to the consumer no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the written complaint and the product in question. Unauthorized modifications to the product, failure to comply with the maintenance and cleaning instructions and use in conditions other than those for which the product was intended, will void the warranty. In the specific case of footwear, discomfort, injury or deformation of the foot, as well as damage caused by wearing footwear of the wrong size or shape, as well as improper use or maintenance, are the sole responsibility of the consumer and will lead to the cancellation of the warranty. Excessive and abnormal use, improper or insufficient maintenance, negligence and misuse will void the warranty. Shoes may be manufactured in whole or in part by the manufacturer and may therefore have minor variations or irregularities. These defects are not manufacturing defects and are indicative of authenticity. Washing the shoes in water or in a washing machine, or cleaning with detergents or bleach, is done at your own risk and will void the warranty. Originals is not responsible for defects caused by contact with the ground, rough terrain or by hanging or ironing sharp objects, metal, stones, glass, etc. The warranty does not cover damage caused by contact with water, snow, solvents, fuels, sand, tar, soft asphalt or other corrosive materials. Originals will cover the shipping costs in the form of a deposit.
