About EXIT Toys Creating outdoor toys that truly make children and parents happy: that’s the dream Leopold, Marcel and Stijn started with when they founded EXIT Toys in 2011. From day one, one thing was clear: fun always comes first! This applies to the children who play with our products, and also within our team, where enjoying our work really matters. Over the years, EXIT Toys has grown rapidly. The product range expanded and more and more families discovered the brand. From trampolines and football goals to swimming pools: EXIT Toys offers everything for outdoor fun. Today, we are active in around thirty countries across Europe and beyond. Playing outside is a party! Outdoors, children experience their greatest adventures, and good outdoor toys make it even more fun. That’s why design is key at EXIT Toys. We’re always looking for that little extra, with cool details and smart accessories like a basketball hoop for trampolines or a pool cover. Refund modality

When will I receive my refund? Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Return modality

Products should be returned, if possible, in their original packaging or at least in a sturdy cardboard shipping box. We therefore recommend opening the shipping box and original packaging carefully, so they can be reused if you need to return your order. The following return conditions apply to orders placed on the EXIT Toys website. The return shipment must take place within 30 days after cancelling the agreement. The returned items must be complete. If a return does not meet these conditions, the order will unfortunately be sent back to you. Products that are part of a bundle offer, where a discount or a free product is provided when purchasing one or more items, can only be returned together with the bundled products. If you return a product from a bundle offer without including the bundled products, EXIT Toys reserves the right to invoice the non-returned products or deduct the corresponding amount from the final refund. A return request can be submitted via Decathlon. After approval, EXIT Toys will provide a return label or arrange a pickup. The return label is not included in the box. You can register a return via the EXIT Service Portal. Log in using the email address with which you placed the order and register the product as a return in your account. Your request will be processed within 48 hours, after which you will receive the return instructions that apply to your return shipment.

Guarantee modality

The general warranty period is 12 months. Warranty periods however vary per product and per product component. Some products have a longer warranty period. For specific warranty periods, please refer to the product specifications or visit the EXIT Toys webshop. To activate the warranty, you will need the invoice and any photos of potential damage. The warranty does not apply in case of storm damage or if the damage occurs outside the warranty period.
