Returns are free.

Within ten working days from arrival in our warehouse.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return the product free of charge within the 30-day cooling-off period. If you want to return an item, you must always enclose a completed return form, so that we can handle the return quickly and correctly. Wrong or defective item received In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or wrong product, you can report this via [email protected]. Any shipping costs for returning are for our account. Your purchase amount We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days. Return address You can return your items via the return form.

DERYAN provides the buyer with a user warranty for the products delivered by him, counting from the day of invoicing, insofar as it concerns defects attributable to the seller, which become apparent during normal use, such on the basis of the following depreciation procedure: – within 2 years after the invoice date: the costs of repair or replacement, including the freight within the Netherlands, are fully borne by DERYAN. The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered item is wrong, defective or incomplete, the customer must immediately report these defects in writing to DERYAN (before proceeding with return to DERYAN). Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must and can be reported to DERYAN BV in writing no later than 2 months after delivery. The goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and associated documentation) and in new condition. Putting into use after a defect has been established, damage caused after a defect has been established, encumbrance and/or resale after a defect has been discovered, this right to complain and return lapses entirely. DERYAN is not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly of the product by the buyer or by a third party. This warranty does not apply if: A) and as long as the purchaser is in default against DERYAN; B) the customer has repaired and/or processed the delivered goods himself or has had them repaired/or processed by third parties. C) the delivered goods have been exposed to abnormal conditions or are otherwise handled carelessly or have been treated contrary to the instructions of DERYAN and/or instructions for use on the packaging; D) the defectiveness is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has made or will make with regard to the nature or quality of the materials used.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM are shipped the same working day. We process orders from Monday to Friday, Saturday counts as delivery day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium: one working day.
