Returns are free.

We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, within 4 calendar days at the latest. The following conditions apply to returns: - If you decide to cancel your purchase within 30 days, you can return the products to us. - The products must be undamaged and, if possible, in their original (undamaged) packaging. - Return the products in a suitable box so that the original packaging is not damaged during transport. - The products must not have been altered or modified in any way. If you have used the product for more than just checking its features and functionality, we may charge you for the depreciation in value in the event of damage or defects. - Do not stick stickers or tape on the original packaging of the product. If a product arrives damaged, we may charge you for the depreciation in value.

DERYAN B.V. provides a warranty on the products supplied by it, calculated from the date of invoicing to the purchaser, insofar as it concerns defects attributable to the seller which become apparent under normal use, and in accordance with the following depreciation procedure: – within a period of one (1) year from the invoice date, the costs of repair or replacement, including transport costs within the Netherlands, shall be borne entirely by DERYAN B.V. The purchaser is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered goods are incorrect, defective or incomplete, the purchaser must notify DERYAN B.V. thereof in writing without delay, before proceeding with the return of the goods to DERYAN B.V. Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to DERYAN B.V. in writing no later than within a maximum period of two (2) months after delivery. The return of goods must be made in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in as-new condition. Any use of the goods after the discovery of a defect, damage arising after the discovery of a defect, pledging and/or resale after the discovery of a defect shall result in the complete forfeiture of the right to claim and return. If complaints by the purchaser are found to be justified by DERYAN B.V., DERYAN B.V. shall, at its discretion, either replace the delivered goods free of charge or enter into a written arrangement with the purchaser regarding compensation for damages, provided that the liability of DERYAN B.V., and thus the amount of compensation, shall at all times be limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the goods concerned, or – at the discretion of DERYAN B.V. – to the maximum amount covered in the relevant case by the liability insurance of DERYAN B.V. Any other liability of DERYAN B.V. for any form of damage whatsoever is excluded, including but not limited to additional compensation in any form, compensation for indirect or consequential damage, or damage due to loss of profit. DERYAN B.V. shall not be liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly of the product by the purchaser or by third parties. This warranty shall not apply if: a) the purchaser is in default towards DERYAN B.V.; b) the purchaser has repaired and/or modified the delivered goods himself or has had them repaired and/or modified by third parties; c) the delivered goods have been exposed to abnormal conditions, have been handled carelessly, or have been used in violation of the instructions of DERYAN B.V. and/or the instructions for use on the packaging; d) the defect is wholly or partly the result of regulations imposed or to be imposed by governmental authorities regarding the nature or quality of the materials used.
