Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Nella sezione "Dettagli dell'ordine", puoi cliccare su "Crea un reso/cambio". Potrai quindi richiedere un'etichetta/ulteriori istruzioni al venditore. Entro 48 ore lavorative, il nostro servizio clienti ti fornirà tutte le informazioni necessarie per effettuare il reso. Se è inclusa un'etichetta di reso: 1. Imballa gli articoli in modo sicuro nella scatola originale. 2. Applica l'etichetta di reso in un punto ben visibile del pacco. 3. Spedisci il pacco all'indirizzo di reso indicato sopra.
