Returns are free.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the seller will process a refund within a maximum of 4 days. The refund will be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you may of course return it. Please let Decathlon know within 30 days if you wish to return your order. If a product is damaged or defective, please notify Decathlon immediately so that we can find a solution with you. It would be helpful if you could indicate why you are returning the product when you return it. After you have informed Decathlon that you wish to return your order, we will process your return request and provide you with instructions. Please note that the product must be returned to us undamaged, complete, and properly packaged.

All Products come with a 2 Year Parts and Labour with 2nd year subject to Product registration
