You have the option to return products free of charge within 30 days of your order. To return a product, please follow the steps below: Access your account via Decathlon.ie. Go to your customer account and open the "My Purchases" section. Select the order you wish to return. Scroll down and click on "Start Return". Follow the steps shown on the screen. Once you have submitted your return request, the seller will automatically be informed. You will receive further return instructions within 2 working days. After receiving the return instructions, please follow them carefully to send back your parcel. Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Returns can only be processed via Decathlon. It is not possible to return products in a Decathlon store. Products can only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with accessories/parts, and in the original packaging. If the product's seal has been broken, it cannot be returned (please consider hygiene-sensitive products). If a product is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so we can find a suitable solution. Always keep your shipping receipt in case the package is lost. Once the product has been received in good condition, you will receive a confirmation by email and the order amount will be refunded by Decathlon in accordance with their refund policy.
