Please access your account through Decathlon.ie > customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.ie customer service. RSI-FITWORLD SL always collects orders at street level. RETURNS OF MARKETPLACE ORDERS. The customer has 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Once the seller, RSi-Fitworld, is contacted, a collection will be arranged, and a carrier will pick up the product directly from the shipping address at street level. IMPORTANT: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RETURNS BE ACCEPTED AT THE NEAREST DECATHLON STORE. The product must be returned in new condition (without any marks due to use or assembly) and MUST be in its original packaging, undamaged and complete with all the items supplied with the product. RSi-Fitworld S.L. undertakes to refund the order upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise by the quality department, within a maximum of 4 days from the date of product collection.

Guarantee modality

For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
