Returns are free.

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we commit to refunding you within a maximum of 4 days according to the payment method used for your purchase.

If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Is there a return label in your order package? If so, please follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If there is no return label in your order package, please log in to your Decathlon account and go to the “My Purchases” section. Click on the order you wish to return, then click on “Make a Return.” Follow the steps; this will send an automatic message to the seller confirming your return request. You will then receive return instructions within 72 business hours. If you cannot find this option or if you require further information, you can also contact Decathlon customer service. Marketplace product returns are not accepted in Decathlon stores and warehouses.

Products purchased on Decathlon are covered by a two-year warranty from the date the customer receives them. The warranty is valid provided the defect is due to normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. All documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extension must be included (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).

If you order before 4:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. The maximum delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.
