Refund modality
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the seller will process a refund within a maximum of 4 days. The refund will be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Upon receipt of your return and once it has been verified that the returned products are complete and undamaged, we will proceed with the refund.

How do I return my product?
Carefully pack your product
Preferably use the original packaging, but another sturdy packaging is also acceptable.
Clearly mention your details
Write your order number clearly on the parcel and include the return address.

To ensure your return can be processed correctly, the following conditions apply:
Bicycle saddles
Saddles must not be mounted or tested. Mounting causes wear marks on the saddle rails, in which case the return cannot be accepted.
Bicycle helmets
Helmets must be returned in the same original bag and/or box to prevent damage. If this condition is not met, the return may be refused.
Bicycle lights
Bicycle lights may be briefly tested, but must not be mounted or used while cycling. If signs of use are present, the return cannot be accepted.
Water bottles
Water bottles must not have been filled with water or any other liquids. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
Bicycle tools
Bicycle tools can only be returned if the unique verification certificate is included.
All other bicycle parts and accessories
These items must be unused. If signs of use are detected, the return may be refused.

Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.ie customer service.
