Products sold by Home Deluxe on the Decathlon Marketplace are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product attributable to use for which the product was designed or to a manufacturing defect. You will need to attach photographs showing the defect found on the product and, at the partner’s discretion, the product’s serial number. The product may be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the assessment of the defect carried out by Home Deluxe. Include any documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extensions. Include specific examples of situations where the warranty applies and others where it does not.
