Refund modality
In the event of an order cancellation, withdrawal, or product defect resulting in a refund, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as that used for the order, within a period of fifteen days from receipt of the goods at our warehouses and completion of the quality control process.
Return modality
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Returns will only be accepted by the seller if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition. For all other returns, please contact our customer service team.
If your return is bulky/heavy, please contact our customer service team so we can request the seller to arrange a collection.
If a return label is included in the package you received your order in, we invite you to follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging.
If no label is included in the package you received your order, we invite you to go to access your account through Decathlon.co.ie> customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.ie customer service.

Legal Guarantees
In accordance with applicable legislative and regulatory provisions, all orders are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code:
The seller shall deliver goods that are in conformity with the contract and shall be liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller shall also be liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation where such installation was agreed to be carried out by the seller or was carried out under the seller’s responsibility.
Article L.217-5 of the French Consumer Code:
The goods are deemed to be in conformity with the contract if they are fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used. They must correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model. They must also present the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, the producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling. The goods are also deemed to be in conformity if they present the characteristics agreed upon by both parties or are fit for any specific purpose sought by the buyer, which was made known to the seller and accepted by them.
Article L.217-12 of the French Consumer Code:
Any action resulting from a lack of conformity must be brought within two years from the date of delivery of the goods.
Article L.217-16 of the French Consumer Code:
When the buyer requests a repair covered by a commercial warranty granted at the time of purchase or repair of movable goods, any period of immobilization lasting at least seven days shall be added to the remaining duration of the warranty. This period shall commence from the buyer’s request for intervention or from the date the goods are made available for repair, if this occurs after the request for intervention.
Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
Article 1641 of the French Civil Code:
The seller is liable for hidden defects in the item sold that render it unfit for its intended use, or that significantly reduce such use, to the extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price, had they been aware of the defect.
Article 1648, paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code:
Any action arising from hidden defects must be brought within two years from the date the defect is discovered.
Exclusion of Guarantee
The Customer may not rely on any legal guarantee if the damage results from abnormal use of the product by the Customer.
No guarantee shall apply if the product has been modified or repaired without prior authorization from FITADIUM.

Carriers delivery times
All products are delivered without any guarantee as to delivery times, except for deliveries to private individuals.
Deliveries in mainland France are carried out by DPD France. Shipping rates are €6.90 via DPD Predict (home delivery with signature) and €4.90 via pick-up relay point. Deliveries via Chronopost to home or to a pick-up point are charged at a flat rate of €8.90 per order.
When several products are ordered at the same time and have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the longest delivery time. However, fitadium.com offers the possibility to split shipments. The contribution to handling and shipping costs will only be charged once.
Parcels that are too heavy or too bulky may be split into two or more packages.
For deliveries with DPD, the Customer is offered a choice of delivery time slots. However, it is not possible to select a specific delivery time, as deliveries depend on the routes defined by the carrier on the delivery date.
For deliveries with Chronopost, parcels are delivered before 1:00 p.m. the following day for any order placed from Monday to Thursday before 3:45 p.m. International deliveries are carried out by La Poste via Colissimo. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the parcel.
The maximum delivery date with DPD France varies depending on the address. For an address in mainland France, delivery is estimated at payment date plus two working days. For other destinations via Colissimo, delivery is estimated at payment date plus five working days. FITADIUM shall not be held legally responsible if customs duties, value-added tax, or any other taxes are not paid by the Customer.
Delivery is free for all orders of €80 or more on Fitadium.
If the ordered Products have not been delivered within thirty days after the order was placed, the Customer must inform FITADIUM as soon as possible by phone or email. FITADIUM will then contact the carrier in order to initiate an investigation, which may last up to fifteen days. If the Products are found, they will be forwarded to the Customer’s address. If the Products are not found at the end of the investigation, they will be deemed lost and FITADIUM will resend replacement Products to the Customer at no additional cost. If the ordered Products are no longer available, FITADIUM will refund the amount of the Products deemed lost. In any event, if the Products have not been delivered within ten days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer’s actions, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer in accordance with Articles L.216-2 to L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code. Any amounts paid by the Customer will then be refunded no later than fifteen days following termination of the contract, with no compensation or deduction.
If the Customer notices at the time of delivery of a parcel requiring a signature that the parcel is damaged, the Customer may either refuse the parcel, in which case it will be returned directly to FITADIUM, or accept the parcel while reporting the damage to the packaging.
If the Customer notices that the packaging of a parcel delivered to a mailbox is damaged, and provided that the parcel has not been opened, the Customer may refuse the parcel by returning it to the Post Office no later than the next working day following delivery.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this address. Any parcel returned to FITADIUM due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the Customer’s expense, and FITADIUM shall not be held responsible for any inability to deliver the order. If the Customer wishes to be delivered to two different addresses, two separate orders must be placed, with the corresponding delivery charges applying to each order.
