Returns are free.

Upon receipt of your return and after verification, we will refund you within a maximum of 4 days using the same payment method used for your purchase.

If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Is there a return label in the package you received with your order? Please follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If there is no label in the package you received with your order, please log in to your Decathlon.ie customer account and go to the "My purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then on "Make my return." Follow the steps, which will send an automatic message to the seller informing them of your wish to return the item. You will then receive return instructions within 72 working hours. If you cannot find this option or if you would like more information, you can also contact Decathlon.fr customer service. Marketplace product returns are not possible in Decathlon stores or warehouses.

Products purchased from Decathlon are covered by a two-year warranty from the date the customer takes possession of them. The warranty is valid provided that the defect is due to normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. All documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extension must be provided (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
