Returns are free.

In the event of withdrawal, the refund (product + standard delivery costs) will be issued within 4 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as that used for the original transaction. Only the standard delivery costs (the cheapest option offered at the time of ordering) will be refunded.

30 DAYS – NEW AND UNUSED PRODUCT You have 30 days from the order date to return your order. Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original and complete packaging (accessories, instructions, labels). Any product that does not comply with these conditions will be refused. In accordance with Regulation 13 of the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your parcel, without justification, for distance contracts. If a returned product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, is damaged or incomplete, a deduction may be applied to its value, up to 100% if the product can no longer be resold. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Customised or made-to-order products • Perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items If a return label is included in the package you received your order in, we invite you to follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If no label is included in the package you received your order, we invite you to go to access your account through Decathlon.com.ie > customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.com.ie customer service.

All our products benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, as amended, and the applicable Irish consumer protection legislation. The statutory conformity guarantee is valid for a period of 2 years. In the event that a sold product is found to be non-conforming, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. All complaints and refund requests must be submitted by email or by post within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, together with all included items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the invoiced rate, and return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of supporting documents. If the parcel is opened or empty upon delivery, the customer must not accept the parcel at the time of signature and must refuse it. Otherwise, no subsequent claim may be accepted. For parcel collection points, if the package shows signs of opening (Chronopost, Chronorelais, An Post or transparent tape), the customer must not accept the parcel and must request its return. The provisions of this section do not affect the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.
