Returns are free.

Refunds must be made within 4 days of receipt of the item using the same payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following product categories: Food Proteins, protein powders and other dietary supplements Beverages Hygiene products Sunscreens Breathing trainers and other products that come into direct contact with the skin or mouth. These products cannot be returned after delivery, even if the packaging is still unopened. This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products for all our customers. If there is NO return label in the package: Go to your customer account on Decathlon.ie and then click on "My orders". Click on the order you wish to return. Under "Order details", you can click on "Create a return/exchange ". You can then request a label/further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to perform your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Stick the return label in a visible place on the package, pay attention that you use the correct label, where you are the sender and our address in Luxembourg is the receiver. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
