Returns are free.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a full refund is issued within 24–48 business hours via the original payment method.

Return procedure Customers have 30 days starting from the date the order was delivered by the transport company to request a return. Return shipping costs are free. Exchanges and returns of products sold by “Bubastis Distribution – BikeFlow” are not possible in Decathlon stores or warehouses. Product condition All products sold by BikeFlow are new unless otherwise stated on the product page. Packaging information Products are shipped in protective packaging (bubble envelopes or reinforced cardboard). Returned items must be sent back in a condition allowing resale, ideally in their original packaging when applicable. Refund period The maximum refund period, starting from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, is 4 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase. A) If there is NO return label in the parcel: Go to your customer account on decathlon.ie and then click on 'my orders'. Click on the order you wish to return. Under "order details," you can click on "create a return/exchange." You will then be able to request a label/further instructions from the seller. Our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return within 48 business hours. B) If a return label is included: Securely package your items, preferably in the original box. Affix the return label to a visible spot on the parcel. Send the parcel to the return address indicated above.

BikeFlow applies all applicable statutory warranties: – Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from the date of delivery. – Guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a fault or non-conformity: repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping costs under warranty are covered by BikeFlow. Excluded from the warranty: damage caused by misuse, impacts, normal wear (e.g. seals, consumables), signs of oxidation, or unauthorised modifications.

Preparation: orders are dispatched within 0–1 business days. UPS : 2–3 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is always provided. Timeframes are indicative for Ireland and exclude weekends and public holidays.
