Return shipping costs are free of charge.

Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

If there is NO return label in the package: Go to your customer account on Decathlon.ie and then click on "My orders". Click on the order you wish to return. Under "Order details", you can click on "Create a return/exchange ". You can then request a label/further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to perform your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Stick the return label in a visible place on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.

For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
