These 8 amino acids are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine (also known as branched-chain amino acids or BCAAs), Phenylalanine, Methionine, Tryptophan, Lysine and Threonine.BCAAs are among the most represented in this formula. In fact, they represent over 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. The formula also contains L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in the blood, and L-Arginine.During intensive training, muscle proteins are consumed by the muscles.
