Engineered for speed, the FINIS Edge fins combine 100% silicone construction with Smart Fin™ Technology to reinforce an uninterrupted kick cycle and boost propulsion. Tested in FINIS's Stroke Lab, they optimise training without sacrificing comfort and help build leg strength and cardiovascular endurance. Smart Fin™ Technology pairs a proprietary blade angle with hydrodynamic vents for instant forward drive, while increased blade area and reinforced side rails support high-speed kicking. Ergonomic contours maintain contact with the top of the foot to reduce irritation, and the design targets the up-kick to activate hamstrings and glutes. Open heel and open toe spacing increase range of motion for a comfortable fit, and size-identifying colour swatches on the fin bottom are Small (Blue), Medium (Green), Large (Red), XL (Black).
