The Gymstick Power Band is an aid to intensify existing exercises. For example, plyometric exercises and speed training, but also squats and bench presses. Additionally, the Gymstick Power Band is very suitable for making stretching exercises more intense and increasing your flexibility and suppleness. The resistance band provides counterforce during stretching or performing a specific movement. The Gymstick Power Band is a closed loop. It is much stronger than a normal resistance band. This is not only due to the loop but also due to the manufacturing method. All Gymstick resistance bands are made from multiple layers of latex, bonded with a strong epoxy. They can be safely stretched up to 250% of their original length. The Power Bands have a loop of 104 cm (and thus a total length of 208 cm). They are 4.5 mm thick. The resistance of these bands is caused by the width.
