The MAD WAVE Bodyshell X7 Jammers are mid-range race jammers that combine balanced compression with hydrophobic coatings for improved glide. Both shell and lining are 66% polyamide and 34% elastane, treated with a Plasma Nano layer and a PTFE (Teflon) finish to minimise water absorption and reduce drag. The suit features medium compression, flatlock and reinforced seam technology for durability, silicone grippers above the knee to keep the legs in place, and an internal drawstring for a customised fit. World Aquatics (FINA) approved, these jammers are designed for competitive use; note that optimal fabric performance typically lasts for about 7–10 starts before efficiency gradually decreases.
