Resolute is WTB 's ultimate all-weather gravel tire for those who don't want the hassle of changing tires every season. Its small, square studs offer consistent grip on a wide variety of terrains, while the large spaces between them prevent mud build-up when conditions get tricky (i.e. wet). Truly all-season, the Resolute, with its 42 mm width, is a "set it and forget it" gravel tire for endless, hilly roads, whatever the weather. Now available in 50 mm width, it's the tire of choice for all cyclists who need speed. The bigger, the better. Product benefits : Mud-resistant design: widely-spaced square studs offer constant traction while easily evacuating mud or clay. They perform well in all conditions, which means there's no need to change tires depending on the weather. Uniform square studs: There are many ways to increase the speed of a gravel tire, but evenly spaced studs with a large surface area are the best way to go. The Resolute excels in terms of efficiency by staying on the surface of the terrain until pedaling or braking forces it down. Reinforced outer studs: The rows of outer studs are connected by a support base that runs all the way around the tire. The extra rubber at the base of the studs allows them to dig in without giving the unsettling impression of folding up when cornering.
