Castelli uses water-repellent Nano Flex 3G on the buttocks and back of the legs for splash protection on wet roads, while Thermoflex on the back of the thighs provides extra stretch for Castelli's famous fit. This is now the most comfortable windbreaker Castelli has ever made. Castelli minimized the bib straps so you can layer your upper body exactly the way you want without an unwanted thermal layer covering your belly. Since more of us ride at night, Castelli placed large reflective inserts on the front and back of the legs where the up and down pedaling motion catches the attention of approaching motorists.
