Size Guide: Helmet sizes are determined by head circumference in cm. The indication is for example '48-52' for S (depending on the model). To measure head circumference, place a measuring tape or string about two fingers above the eyebrows at the point where the circumference is largest, wrapping it around the head. As a cycling helmet should not be too tight and each helmet has an adjustment system, you can choose a helmet size up to 1 cm larger for a comfortable fit.
