The fabric's stretch allows you to adjust the overshoe on your leg before putting on your shoes. The cuff should rest just below the calf muscle for optimum leg and sock protection. You can then slip on your shoes and spread the cover over them, securing them with the hook-and-loop fastener under the sole.The design of these road shoe covers combines PU-coated polyester and waterproof neoprene. The opening in the base is specially developed for large road studs. The neoprene edge features a new IntelliSeal silicone edge to create a seal around the base to prevent water penetration.
