## Design and Comfort
The ASTRO harness features a semi-rigid construction combined with contact areas padded with breathable 3D foam, ensuring ergonomic support and lasting comfort during suspension or rope progression. The widely spaced shoulder straps and narrow belts enhance freedom of movement.
## Equipment Integration
The openable ventral attachment point allows for direct connection of a descender, progress lanyard, or seat (PODIUM / LITEPOD) without additional connectors. The integrated CROLL L increases efficiency in rope ascents and facilitates the integration of progression devices.
## Adjustments and Ergonomics
Donning and adjustments are simplified with the combination of FAST buckles (quick openings on shoulder straps and legs) and self-locking DOUBLEBACK PLUS buckles on the belt. These systems remain easy to handle even with gloves and ensure stable fit without slipping.
