The StormCloud hanging punching bag has a rubber balloon inside, so it's inflated just like a volleyball or soccer ball—using a needle-type pump (pump not included). Mounting the hanging punching bag: The StormCloud hanging punching bag features a simple attachment system using metal carabiners that can be attached to hooks, a bar, weights, kettlebells, or other objects in your home. (Check out our ceiling mounts.) The expanders extend approximately 160cm each, which, combined with the length of the carabiners and the height of the ball with the mounts, allows it to be mounted in rooms with ceiling heights of up to approximately 360cm. The carabiner increases the strength of the attachment and increases safety during dynamic training compared to attachment with rubber alone.
