Why choose a specific T-shirt for running?

Perspiration is a natural reaction that occurs when it is hot and when you are making a physical effort.
Do not wear cotton T-shirts because, rather than transferring moisture outwards and drying quickly, cotton absorbs body moisture and rapidly cools down the skin. Choosing the right T-shirt will make you more comfortable during your workout, regardless of the duration.

Perspiration wicking

The front panel is made of a fabric that reduces dampness by absorbing and wicking away moisture generated by the body during exercise.
The back piece is in mesh, for better air flow during the run.
