    Why apply this oil to your weapon?

    Your weapon, which is mainly made of metal, requires special care to prevent corrosion. This oil is specially designed for this purpose, with its corrosion inhibitor. Another advantage of this oil is that it reduces friction between two mechanical parts: this makes the mechanism smoother and prevents wear caused by excessive friction. Finally, this oil protects your gun during lengthy storage.

    Recommendations for use (part 1/2)

    Depending on the surface to be covered, the method of application may vary. For large surfaces, the most practical and uniform method is to soak a soft cloth in oil and rub the areas to be protected with it. For a more localised application, you can pour a few drops directly onto the weapon and spread it out with a cloth or cotton bud, depending on the geometry of the area to be treated.

    Recommendations for use (part 2/2)

    As well as protecting the metal, the oil reduces friction between the mechanical parts in contact. Its aim is two-fold: to make the mechanics more fluid and protect them from potential wear due to steel-on-steel friction. It is nevertheless important to know that it is not advisable to apply oil directly or indirectly (risk of running) onto the trigger mechanism. The risk of this is to cause an unintentional release.
    Please note: the surface to be treated must be clean and dry.

    Operating temperature range

    Our oil remains in liquid form between -20° C and +244°C. Below this temperature range, you risk solidifying the oil, thus potentially blocking or impeding the smooth functioning of the mechanism. Above this range, there is a risk of self-combustion of the oil.
