How can I prevent the mask from fogging up?
New mask: wash your mask with washing-up liquid and lukewarm water, rubbing with your fingers to remove all traces of grease. Do not use a sponge.
Before each use, spit saliva into your mask and wipe all over the lens with your fingers, then rinse. Dampen your face with the water to limit heat loss between the skin and the lens of your mask, as this will reduce mist.
Use an anti-fogging spray to completely eliminate mist.
Silicone skirt and micrometric buckles
Flexible part of mask in contact with face.
Silicone is an extremely flexible material. A silicone skirt gently adapts to the contours of the face, for a comfortable, watertight seal.
Micrometric buckles together with the notched strap on either side of the mask allow easy and highly accurate adjustment of the mask, even when wearing gloves.
The buckles on the skirt allow the mask to be completely folded in on itself.
How to choose the right mask size
To check the correct size and seal, remove the strap and place the mask on your face.
Press lightly with your hands and hold your breath. If the mask “sucks” onto your face—perfect! It’s your size and will seal properly in the water. If, on the other hand, it slips and falls off, it’s because air is getting through and water will seep in, so you need to try another size or change the model and shape.
Tempered glass lenses
Tempered glass is two to five times more durable than traditional glass. If it shatters, it breaks into small pieces, reducing the risk of a major accident.
