Direction of use n°1 (part 1/2)
The first side (smooth) can be seen as an extension of our classic shelf (ref 8751618). This is fixed using 3 hooks, so as soon as you have a weapon multiple that is not 3 in the Solognac modular safety cabinet, you lose space. In short, there is empty space. With this in mind, we came up with the idea of making a 1-hook shelf to try and optimise this interior space.
Direction of use n°1 (part 2/2)
This 1-hook shelf, made of steel and weighing 700 grams, can also be used to complement our modular drawer (ref 8940730). Remember that this drawer cannot be positioned on the first hook on the far left or right of our modular safety cabinets (the drawer upright would come up against the door frame), there is wasted space. With this shelf with 1 hook, you can also complete the hollow to prevent an object from falling over the side.
Direction of use n°2
The second (hollow) side, with around 2 mm of foam, is designed to accept the heel of a long weapon. It therefore acts as a support for the stock of a rifle or shotgun. This allows the weapon to be ’raised’ in the modular safety cabinet, giving you more space underneath to store additional equipment.
The little extras of this product
The inside of the shelf (no. 2) also has silicone corners that can be left on or removed. This avoids the risk of protruding edges that could damage your butts by banging against them.
