    What are the dimensions of the kit accessories?

    The resistance bands are 124 cm long. The handles have a diameter of 11 cm and the foot straps fit all ankle sizes, from 12 to 17 cm.

    How should you look after your kit?

    After each session, simply wipe your resistance bands, handles and foot straps with a damp cloth to remove any traces of sweat and dust. A quick step to keep your kit in tip-top condition session after session.
