This GLOBBER E-8 electric scooter is designed for recreational use by children aged 8 to 14. It is intended for use on flat, safe surfaces, such as driveways, private paths or areas suitable for scootering. The product has been developed in accordance with the requirements of European standard EN71 on toy safety. It is a piece of recreational equipment and not a vehicle intended for use on public roads.
