Second Life Product Warranty & Returns

All Second Life products are covered by a 2-year warranty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will prioritize repair or exchange. Refunds will only be issued if repair or exchange is not feasible.

In accordance with our policy, used Second Life products are not eligible for return or refund on the basis of change of mind, preference, or normal wear and tear.
