5 Membership Tips for 2025
Your Decathlon membership is packed with rewards – here are 5 tips to make the most of it in 2025:
1. Easily access your membership card in the Decathlon app
First things first - you’ll need to access your digital membership card.
No more digging through your wallet or wondering where you left it! Your Decathlon membership card is always within reach. Just open the Decathlon app, and you’ll find your digital barcode ready to go. If you ever run into trouble, just pop by the helpdesk in-store, ask a teammate in-store, or contact us at [email protected] - they'll be happy to help.
2. Make the most of your membership benefits every time you shop
In-Store: Scan your Decathlon membership card at the till when you checkout. You will get your rewards shortly after your purchase.
Online/App: Make sure you're logged into your Decathlon account before checkout. Points will be automatically added once your order ships.
Some exclusions apply, like purchasing gift cards and delivery costs, but all other purchases in-store, online, or via the app help you earn points. If you have any questions, check out our membership FAQ page.
3. Earn points with every purchase, product review and workout
Earning points with your Decathlon membership is easy - whether you're shopping in-store, online, in the app, or even if you're trying to stay active there are so many ways to earn points.
• Shop and Earn – Get 10 points for every €1 spent on standard products.
• Go Green, Earn More – Earn 20 points per €1 on Second Life products.
• Share Your Thoughts – Write a product review and earn 100 points.
• Stay Active – 1 hour of sport per week earns 100 points.
4. Transform points into rewards
You’ll be able to use your points to unlock €3, €6 or €10 vouchers:
• 1,000 points = €3 reward
• 2,000 points = €6 reward
• 3,000 points = €10 reward
Points are not exchanged automatically! Once you have enough points, simply transform them into a voucher through your membership portal, online or in the app.
Once you transform your points, your vouchers will be stored in your membership portal and stay valid for 12 months. We’ll even send you a reminder before they expire.
