Earn Points for Being Sporty
Getting rewarded for staying active? Yep, that’s the benefit of being a Decathlon member!
- Weekly sport rewards – just move for an hour a week to earn points
- Sport challenges – join seasonal or sport-specific challenges
Please note that sometimes the syncing can take time to fully process. Please allow up to 72 hours after activity completion for points to arrive in your Decathlon account. If you notice that you did not receive your membership points, please reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected]. We’ll look into it and make sure your membership points are added as soon as possible.
How to Earn Weekly Sport Rewards
1. Track one hour of activity each week between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59
2. Track the activity using a compatible app or connected device
3. Earn up to 100 points per week
How to Earn Points from Sport Challenges
Every sport challenge is different. Some you smash in a week, others take a month to conquer.
But every single one gives you the same reward: a reason to move, a way to push yourself, and membership points when you do.
Don’t worry, we’ll email you when a new challenge drops. But only if you’re opted in to marketing communications.

A Few Must-Dos to Earn Your Membership Points
1. Use the same email address as your Decathlon account
Your fitness app account and Decathlon account must use the same email address. This ensures your data can sync correctly.
2. Give full data and tracking consent
Make sure you’ve opted in to all tracking and data permissions in your connected fitness app.
3. Check that your activity is logged correctly
Always double-check that your activity appears properly in your tracking app. If it’s not showing there, it won’t count on your Decathlon account either.
Using Strava? Follow These Steps to Earn Points
1. Give full data consent
When connecting Strava to your Decathlon account, you must allow full data and tracking permissions. Without this, your activity won’t be recorded. No activity = no points.
2. Avoid syncing the same activity across multiple platforms.
For example: Garmin → Strava → Decathlon
Our system is designed to prevent duplicates, so each activity will only be counted once. If you connect your Strava account to your Decathlon account, but the session was originally recorded on Garmin, any data reaching us through Strava won’t be counted. This means no points will be awarded for that activity.
3. Connect only the device where the session originates
To ensure your activity counts, connect only the app or device that first records your session directly to Decathlon.
Key takeaway:
If your activity is synced through Strava, it must originate there. Avoid double-syncing. Choose one main tracking source and connect it directly to earn points without issues.
