Days 1–30: Change of Mind (Online Purchases Only)

• Instant Cancellation: Placed your order on our website or app? Use our automated tool below to instantly cancel your contract within 30 days of delivery.
• How it Works: Clicking “confirm withdrawal” automatically cancels your online order and emails you a digital receipt.
• Note: For items bought in a physical store, standard in-store return policies apply.

Days 31–365: Extended Returns (Decathlon Members Only)

• Items in Brand New Condition: Registered loyalty members can return completely unused, unwashed Decathlon own-brand (1P) items in original packaging up to day 365. Items remain subject to physical inspection.
• Marketplace Exclusions: Please note that these Days 31–365: Extended Returns do not apply to third-party (3P) products from the marketplace.

Withdrawal for Member Orders

Do you have a Decathlon customer account and want to cancel your order? No problem! Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to cancel. Then click on “Returns” and select the reason “Withdraw contract”. After choosing your return shipping method, send the order back to us. You will receive your refund as soon as the package has arrived at our facility.

Don't have a Decathlon customer account and want to cancel your order? No problem! Click on the link below and enter the details of the order you wish to cancel. Then click on “Returns” and select the reason “Withdraw contract”. After choosing your return shipping method, send the order back to us. You will receive your refund as soon as the package has arrived at our facility.
