The package contains various different training equipment for a workout suited to your own body weight. The gear can be attached to a door, tree or bar, for example. The long, main strings with D-rings form the basis and you can complete it with rings, handles or foot loops. You can easily lengthen or shorten the suspension trainer by attaching the accessories to another D-ring. The supplied pulley makes it possible to do moving suspension exercises.
