**Measuring is knowing**
The Cardio Fit R30 shows you the most important parameters while you train: time, calories, amount of strokes, and total amount of strokes of all exercises combined. This is all shown on the clear display (80 x 42 mm / 3.1 x 1.7 inches) of the monitor. You know what effect your workout has. You learn to assess and improve your workout's effectiveness. The rotating mass is 4,5 kg. Set the resistance to one of the 8 possible levels.
