Keep track of the most important parameters with the different monitor functions: speed, distance, calories & time. With the Cardio Fit E30's integrated heart rate sensors, you follow your efforts on the monitor (80 x 50 mm / 3.1 x 2 inches) with its clear display. The ergometer displays the watts while you work out. You know exactly what you are pedalling: you learn to assess and improve your workout's effectiveness. An ergometer also enables you to train constantly at a previously set resistance level.
Choose your programme
The E30 exercise bike keeps your body in shape, pleasantly. Your training varies in line with the 12 programmes. With the rotating mass of 4,5 kg, this exercise bike provides substantial resistance. Choose from different resistance levels, depending on your training level.
Ergonomic cycling
Adapt this exercise bike entirely to your needs: adjust the Cardio Fit E30 so you can exercise in the posture that suits you best. Adjust the seat horizontally and vertically. Put the ergonomically shaped handlebar upright for a relaxed posture. Do you prefer a more athletic posture while exercising? Adjust your handlebar to be more level, and cycle in a racing posture.
Tablet support
Watch your favourite series or a good movie during your workout. The monitor has an upright edge to hold your tablet or smartphone. The bike's magnetic flywheel makes hardly any noise and won't distract you. An extra holder makes it possible to place a tablet or mobile phone above the display. The tablet holder ensures that all values remain visible on the display.
