    With the Tunturi Sissy Squat Trainer WT20 (17TSWT2000), you can train squats eccentrically, targeting the thigh muscles (especially the quadriceps) as well as the gluteal muscles (primarily the gluteus maximus). At the beginning, you can use your own body weight for workouts with the Sissy Squat Trainer. Later, you can increase the intensity with additional weights such as weight plates or kettlebells. The Tunturi WT20 trainer can also be used as a highly stable push-up trainer thanks to the transport handles. With these handles and the integrated wheels, the WT20 is very easy to move and fully mobile. This Sissy Squat Trainer can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically.
