Basic rowing trainer model
This fitness equipment allows you to train effectively: 17 workout programs including 1 program that focuses on your heart rate. Whatever your goal is – losing weight or improving your fitness – set the FitRow 50i to a suitable program and start rowing. Is the challenge not big enough? Raise your workout by adjusting the resistance levels. With a 6 kg rotating mass you train at the right level every time.
Compact and easy to transport
A large monorail, a smooth movement of the seat, an LCD screen with clear digits: train your heart and lung functions along with the muscular strength in the arms, legs, abdomen and back. Time, distance, speed and calories burned are easy to read during your workout session, and you will learn to assess its effectiveness. The rower has transport wheels: you fold the rower and store it neatly.
