The MAXXIS Shorty 27.5x2.40 WT Exo 3C Tubeless Ready folding tire offers great versatility, performing equally well on dry, mixed, or muddy terrain. Robust and with a larger volume than the Wet Scream, the MAXXIS Shorty features wide, slightly offset side knobs that provide excellent stability in corners, even at high speeds. The tread pattern, with its widely spaced knobs, ensures efficient evacuation of stones and mud while guaranteeing powerful braking thanks to its square shape. It also features the MaxxTerra triple compound rubber, offering an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed, and higher rolling resistance than MaxxGrip. In this version, it has Exo sidewall reinforcement for increased protection against abrasion and tears, and can be mounted with or without an inner tube. Furthermore, it should be noted that the casing has been optimized for mounting on a rim with an internal width of 35 mm.
