Assembly Instructions
The VirtuFit Multifunctional Pull Up Bar Pro comes with 8 metal expansion anchors. Drill a hole 1.5 cm shorter than the expansion anchor using a 14 mm drill bit. Then hammer the expansion anchor into the wall. Repeat this for all 8 expansion anchors. After that, you can loosen the nuts, place the pull up bar, and tighten the nuts securely again.
